This is a new dress I just made for a very special Nutcracker Sugar Plum Fairy Tea with my daughter. I thought it should be pretty and fluffy and I have been wanting to try the folded top of the dress, not sure what that technique is called but I have seen it a lot and think it is pretty.

ReplyDeleteThank you! Shannon, this is a tulle overlay, the under, I don't know exactly what it is called, maybe a rayon lining type of fabric? Super light weight (doesn't like ironing) and shiny. :)
ReplyDeleteSo pretty :) Purple + fancy dresses = awesome. My oldest daughter would live in fancy dresses given a chance. I am sure she will have a ball wearing it. I also like that it's floor length. She will feel like a princess
