ruffles...

I have been hunting for something to put on this table-thingee for about three years, maybe more. I tried various fabrics but nothing seemed to satisfy. This finally did it. It was a play off of the million tree skirts that are ruffled I keep seeing on Pinterest. I did this all in one quiet time for the kids! And in perfect time for a birthday party!!
